Crying Pie


• 4 eggs

• 1.5 cups of granulated sugar

• 1 glass of water Milk

• 1 water glass measure of oil

• 4 tablespoons of cocoa

• 2 cups of flour

• 1 packet of baking powder

• 1 packet of vanilla

• 1.5 cups of milk to soak the cake

For the white part;

• 1 glass of water Milk
• 1 pack of cream

For chocolate sauce;

• 1.5 cups of milk

• 1.5 cups of water

• 1.5 cups of sugar

• 1.5 tablespoons flour

• 2.5 or 3 tablespoons of cocoa

• 60 gr dark chocolate

• 1 tablespoon butter

(If you wish, you can cook ready-made chocolate sauce for the portion, cool and beat it well.)


Preparation of the cake;

Let it whisk until the eggs and sugar swell and whiten. Add oil and milk and whisk. Then add flour, cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and whisk. Let’s pour the greased rectangular oversized pyrex into the tray and bake at 180 degrees ..!

Let’s get our cold milk over to the cake coming out of the oven…!

Making the middle layer;

Let’s whisk the milk and cream job thoroughly. After resting and hardening in the refrigerator, let’s pour it on our completely cooled cake and fix it…!

Chocolate sauce making;

Let’s add milk, water, flour, cocoa and granulated sugar to the pot. Let’s mix the mixture with a mixer or whisk. Let’s cook by stirring constantly. After we start boiling, let’s shorten the bottom of the stove. Add the chocolate and butter and mix well until it melts and remove from the stove. Let your Chocolate Sauce mix occasionally to prevent the crust from sticking until it cools. After cooling, let’s pour the chocolate sauce over the cake.
